Camp Bisco is an outdoor music festival held at the beautiful Indian Lookout Country Club, a world-class property located near Albany, NY. Camp Bisco is a 3 day rain-or-shine event with camping. Attendees may arrive beginning at 8am on Thursday morning July 16th. Camp Bisco 8 will feature 3 days and nights of music on 3 stages, including a late afternoon DJ TENT and a late night DANCE TENT featuring top international Dance acts! Security / Safety [ back to menu ]
Event Security and Safety will be located throughout the site for the entire duration of the event. If you have an EMERGENCY, find a staff person with a radio or go to the nearest security station, information booth, medical station or security personnel. There will be a central security and first aid location at the top of the hill.

We will be offering a variety of options to make it easy to get to Camp Bisco with the help of Camp Bisco travel Department. Options include airport transportation, hotel/shuttle packages, and of course, the Camp Bisco VIP experience.

There is limited cellular phone service and cellular phone service may be unreliable. Pay Phones are available at the top of the hill.
What To Bring [ back to menu ]
Everything you'll need for the concert:
Raingear, a hood and extra pair of shoes, sneakers, mud boots, bug spray, a blanket to sit on, sunscreen, hat for shade, plastic container or two for water, plastic bags for trash, flag or balloon to identify your site, ear plugs, a camera, pen and paper for names, addresses and of course, play lists. Small Camping chairs will be permitted in the concert area, but coolers are not.
If you are Camping:
In addition to tent, tarp, chairs and food, the following items are recommended and will make your weekend more enjoyable. - Extra toilet paper, a flashlight, extra trash bags, portable radio, small luggage lock for your tent and no valuables. Coolers and food from outside the Festival are only allowed in the Camp Grounds. Small propane cook stoves will be permitted in the Camping area. No charcoal grills or open fires permitted.

On-Site Camping [ back to menu ]
DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS CONTAINERS, THEY WILL BE TAKEN! (even ketchup, mayo, & jelly jars will be taken) The campgrounds will open at 8am Thursday July 16th and will close on Sunday at noon. Those who are Camping will be permitted to leave the concert area and return to their camp sites. The camp sites are CAR Camping! You will be able to park and camp within 20 yards of your car, for added security.
ALimited number of Recreational Vehicles (RV's) will be allowed on-site. RV parking is not located with general Camping. There will be a seperate RV parking charge.
Camping Headquarters [ back to menu ]
The Camping Headquarters will also be the Information Center for the weekend. If you find any lost items or have lost any items, or people, this is the first and best place to check in with. Our trained Camping staff see to it that everyone has the best weekend possible.
If assistance is needed while conducting business with a vendor, either request the assistance from the vendor or a member of the Wormtown Trading staff.
Medical [ back to menu ]
There will be emergency medical personnel and Security personnel onsite around the clock. If you need Emergency medical or police attention, find a staff person with a radio, go to an information booth, medical tent or tell one of the security personnel.
Syringes
A person bringing a syringe will need to show medication, prescription and photo ID.
Use of illegal drugs is not permitted. Anyone using illegal drugs will be subject to removal from the event, and will not be allowed back in.
Those who have special dietary needs may bring food for personal use only into site. Factory sealed, non-glass, water bottles are also allowed.
There is an onsite emergency unit. Please behave responsibly. Event producers are not responsible for attendees' actions. Be respectful of your neighbors and friends at the show and help people out if they need it. We're all here together.
Pets / Service Animals [ back to menu ]
Service animals which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are allowed. The owner of the animal may be asked to describe the type of service the animal provides.
Pets are not allowed and pet owners will be required to take the animal to a kennel.
Parking [ back to menu ]
Please park in designated spots and respect our parking attendants. We try to accomodate everyone as best as we can. We need your cooporation to keep things safe and in order. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. Please do not park in the fire lanes.
The parking lot will open Thursday at 12pm noon, July 16th for On-Site Campers, and 3pm for all others. The grounds close Sunday, July 19th at 12pm, Noon.
Accessible parking license plates, placards and hangtags are issued though each state's department of motor vehicles. People with mobility disabilities should get requisite documentation from their doctors for handicapped parking.

Children under 12 years old are free. There will be a small children's area, Mulberry's Dreamland, at the show.

Lost and found will be located at Camping Headquarters. If you lose something or someone, check there first.
