There were two types of people in attendance at the past two Camp Biscos: Those that competed in the epic battles of strength and wits that were the Color Wars and those that wondered what the big field of multicolored-apparel wearing festival-goers were up to and why they were smiling so much.  (Actually, there was a third group that didn't get up until every event was over late on Saturday, but we're not counting them!)

Don't be a bystander (or a sleeper!) this year -- come down and see why reviewers called it one of the freshest and most fun new ideas on the festival circuit and what caused participants at the past two competitions to say:

  • "It's my favorite thing about Camp Bisco.  Though don't tell the band I said that..."
  • "That was [explicit] SICK!!!  Thanks!  Seriously, you have to do this again next year!"
  • "I have to admit, I totally thought that was going to suck a lot, but that was really, really, really cool."

Show up on the Color War field at any point all day to be thrust into the action, or email colorwar (a) campbisco.net early to get you and your friends placed on teams for all the pre-Camp fun.

From volleyball, tetherball, and tug-o-war to scavenger hunts, chess and the annual spelling bee, the annual Camp Bisco Color War will once again make the Olympics looks like a geriatric game of musical chairs played to slow polka music.
