Will Yellow overcome 3 years of defeat to come out on top (or at least show up)?
Leading PURPLE, the 2007 champs are returning Captains Mike Shapiro and Tara Christakos, joined by co-captains Cailin Boucher and Morgan Boyle.
Heading up the always ferocious GREEN Team, 3 year Color War veteran Colleen Stern and co-captain Justin Port.
ORANGE, with new leadership, will be hitting the field with rookie Captain Amy Fischer and co-captain Sara Seepo.
Last but certainly not least, Captains Amber Toot and “Mr. Color War” himself, Yancy Davis will be storming the field to take the glory for YELLOW.
3 will wallow in defeat. One will rage their way to eternal glory.

Today, MCP Presents and The Disco Biscuits have confirmed the first list of performers slated for Camp Bisco VII, the seventh annual three-day music and arts festival in Mariaville, New York this July 17-19, 2008. The 25+ performer lineup at the multi-stage camping festival includes: The Disco Biscuits (3 nights); Snoop Dogg (performing with a live band); DJ Shadow & Cut Chemist; MSTRKRFT; Younger Brother Live; 2020 Soundsystem; The New Deal; ! ! !; Tea Leaf Green; Lotus; Fiction Plane; RAQ; Eliot Lipp (Live PA); LA Riots; Lazaro Casanova; DB; Dubwar NYC; Future Rock; The Bridge; Telepath; Amplive; Orchard Lounge; Grimace Federation; U-Melt; Strut; Jamie McLean; Push and Jimkata. More artists and festival details will be announced in the coming weeks.
Camp Bisco VII will once again be held at the picturesque Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, New York. The venue is located approximately 20 minutes travel time from Albany, New York, and sits on 200 acres of rolling, flat grass fields. The grounds come equipped with full bathrooms; which include flush toilets and showers, as well as 24/7 bathroom attendants. Festival goers will have access to a full bar on site and a general store, which sells almost every necessity for a comfortable and care free experience. The 25+ performers will be spread out over 3 days and nights, and two stages, including a late night dance tent. The dance tent promises to be an Audio & Visual experience not to be missed!!!
Early bird tickets are on sale now for a limited time only and begin at $120. Tickets are available online at www.campbisco.net, by phone at 1-800-594-TIXX, as well as at all FYE locations in New England and select locations in NY state. VIP packages are available for an additional $225 per ticket purchase. 15 cents of every ticket sold will be donated to Trees For The Future, an organization that has been the steward of planting trees throughout the world since the early 1970s in an effort to remedy the effects of illegal logging and unsustainable land management systems on the world's developing communities. 50 cents of every ticket sold will be donated to Headcount Cents for Sense, a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization devoted to voter registration and participation in democracy. BE-Green ticket upgrades will also be sold for an additional $2.50. Funds raised by the BE-Green upgrades will be used to offset carbon emissions through the use of renewable energy sources.

Camp Bisco will be held once again at Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, NY, the new home of Camp Bisco! Thanks to cooperation and respect from you, the fans, MeatCamp Productions and The Disco Biscuits have been welcomed back with open arms from the landowners and the staff who call ILCC their home. We would like to thank these important individuals at ILCC for allowing us to use this amazing land for such a spectacular event. We also want to thank each of you for proving that The Disco Biscuits fans are some of the most respectful and fun loving fans in the music community. We are really looking forward to catering to each one of you this year. We have set our goals high and we plan on making this Camp Bisco the best yet!
Camp Bisco 7 will be held on July 17th- 19th. This earlier date will allow for more summer fun, more comfortable atmosphere at night, and will also allow the numerous students and teachers who are fans to attend without interfering with the beginning of their fall semester.
2008 is a unique moment in the history of Camp Bisco. This year marks the first time that it will be held at the same location two years in a row. We now have the opportunity to do something that hasn’t been possible before, build upon the success of the previous year. This will ensure a memorable Camp Bisco 7!!!
